We remain temporarily closed due to Covid-19 concerns. With Governor Holcomb’s extension of the Safer at Home order and now that the schools will not be returning to classes, we will remain closed until at least May 1st. As that date approaches, we will continue to monitor the situation and determine how we will proceed. Another update will be sent on April 17.
As a result of this Safer at Home extension, we will delay our registration for summer camps and clinics until a firmer time frame can be determined. Again, look for the update on April 17.
Players that are registered in spring clinics, CIWITL teams and Jr. Competitive programs will have the opportunity to apply a credit for missed classes toward future classes or get a refund. We will have a better idea of how many classes were lost when we reopen.
Seasonal court holders are being sent their renewal letter for the 2020-21. On the form, it gives you the choice of applying your credit for missed time toward your 2020-21 season or receive a refund.
Memberships will be extended for time missed so you will get a full year of play.
We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. Please stay safe and healthy. We look forward to returning to normal operations as soon as possible.
