Dear CRC members,
We believe it is our responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our members and our staff.  Based on increasing concerns of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, CRC is making some modifications to our normal activities. These modifications are in keeping with the guidelines established by Governor Eric Holcomb, the USTA, the CDC, and the Indiana Department of Health. Effective Monday, March 16, we will be making the following adjustment until Monday, April 13.  THESE CLASSES WILL NOT MEET
Junior Clinics: These are all the 6-7, 8-10, 10-12. 12-14 and 14-17 year old classes. These classes will NOT meet, and players will be credited for these four weeks of classes after the April 13 date.
All USTA League matches suspended until April 20 (per USTA)
All CIWITL league matches suspended until April 13 (consistent with USTA)
All large gathering events suspended until governor lifts the ban (per guidelines of the Governor)
This suspended session will not be made up or extended.  Our intention is that these will resume beginning April 13

The following programs will continue as scheduled with a 4-week grace period.  This could change if we receive additional direction from state or local authorities.  If you choose not to attend during this time (March 16 – April 12) credits for missed classes will be issued after April 13.
All Adult Clinics
All Jr. Competitive Programs – Grand Prix, Challengers, Satellites, etc.
All CIWITL Practices
All Seasonal Courts
All Private Clinics
All Private Lessons

We encourage our players to come to these programs, but if you choose not to attend during this time of uncertainty, we will be offering a 4-week grace period and credits for missed classes will be issued after April 13.
We will be implementing increased sanitation of common areas on a daily basis.  Hand Sanitizer is available in the common areas as well as in the court hallways.
We encourage all our members to practice good hygiene habits as set out by the CDC.  Washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or using hand sanitizer.
The CDC recommends that anyone who is sick or has a fever stay home.
Our Pros will encourage players to keep 2 racquet’s distance apart and refrain from shaking hands or other physical contact.
Regardless of a child’s age, all children should be directly supervised by their parent while at the club and not left unattended in common areas.
In observation of social distancing, we ask that members and guest avoid congregating in the lobby, hallways and observation areas.
Walk-on privileges remain the same.
The Nursery and Pro Shop will be open regular hours.
If you choose to completely drop a class or clinic, a refund will be given.  Please know that your space will be made available to others.
This situation is rapidly changing, and we will continue to modify our approach and the need to adjust. We would like to remain a source of comfort and reassure you that we are doing everything we can to provide you with a safe and clean environment. Please practice common sense in evaluating your individual situation before coming to the Club. Only attend if you feel comfortable. After April 13 we hope the virus has passed and we can resume our normal practice and match schedule. Wash your hands often, don’t touch your face, don’t come to the Club if you are sick and quit buying all the toilet paper!
